Getting Started - Top 10 Questions

Why am I not able to log in?

Most often this is due to an incorrect email address or password. The email address at which you received your AutoReimbursement.com Welcome email is the same email address that should be used to log in to the system. If you are unsure which email address was used, please feel free to reach out. If you forgot your password or are unsure, you can reset your password.

In some cases, this is due to an out-of-date or incompatible browser. See our article, Logging in For the First Time for more details on supported browsers.

What is a FAVR Plan and how does it work?

Check out the brief video below to learn more about FAVR plans and how you are reimbursed when you participate in a FAVR plan.

How much should I expect to be reimbursed?

When you are first added to an AutoReimbursement.com plan, a Rate Sheet is provided on your dashboard and details your reimbursement until you receive your first Statement. Your Statement will then provide the details for each monthly reimbursement.

When will my statement be available?

Statements are generated based on company preference. You will receive an email when your statement becomes available each month. Be sure to check your alternate email locations (e.g. Spam, Clutter, Junk E-Mail, Other, etc.).

What information will I need to complete signup and do I need all of it when I login for the first time?

You will need your current vehicle information (i.e. Year, Make, Model, Trim, Cost, and Odometer), information regarding the financing of your vehicle and whether or not you have depreciated the vehicle using one of the IRS approved methods (e.g. MACRS, ACRS, etc.). You will also need a digital copy of your Insurance Declaration (or Acord Certificate of Insurance) and your Driver's License or access to a fax machine to fax these items to us. You can return to Your Profile as frequently as needed to provide this information, just be sure to click Update at the bottom to save your progress.

When is my mileage log due?

The mileage logging period varies based on company policy but usually occurs within the first week of each month. We know that it can get hectic so we'll send you a reminder via email a few days before the mileage log is due. The lockout date can also be found on your Plan Quick Reference Guide.

Why is my mileage log locked?

Mileage logs are locked on the mileage log due date once statement and reimbursement processing begins. Reporting all of your mileage prior to the due date will help ensure that you are reimbursed for your mileage. We will send you an email once your statement and reimbursement information is available. The mileage log lockout date can be found on your Plan Quick Reference Guide.

How often can I update/import mileage into my mileage log?

You can log and update your mileage as frequently as you would like throughout the month up to the mileage log lockout date which can be found on your Plan Quick Reference Guide.

I submitted my insurance and/or license and it is currently pending review, will it affect my compliance status?

Don’t worry, you are in compliance while your documents are pending review and we will reach out to you if there is any additional information needed. Your AutoReimbursement.com RPM Dashboard will keep you up-to-date on your compliance status.

What happens if I am out-of-compliance (for vehicle value, vehicle age, insurance and/or license)?

This varies by company policy. Please refer to your Plan Quick Reference Guide or reach out to your manager or plan administrator.
