Logging In For the First Time

AutoReimbursement.com RPM is accessible from your laptop, smartphone, or tablet and no App is required on mobile devices unless your company chose the MileIQ add-on. It works best from an up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge (preinstalled on Windows 10) or Apple Safari (preinstalled on macOS). Internet Explorer is not fully supported, it is best to use one of the other browsers whenever possible.

Now that we’ve got the requirements out of the way, let's get you logged in for the first time:

  1. Locate your welcome email from AutoReimbursement.com which contains a temporary password. Be sure to check alternative mail locations (e.g. Spam, Clutter, Junk E-Mail, Other, etc.).
  2. From the email, click Login Page.
  3. On the login page, enter your email address as your username and the temporary password provided in your welcome email. If you have more than one email address, the email address at which you received the welcome email is the email address you will use to log in.
  4. After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to create your security questions which can be used to reset your password in the future.
  5. You should now be logged in and see your Dashboard! The Dashboard surfaces important information about your plan, compliance and next steps.
  6. In the tab navigation (left), click Your Profile and ensure all required fields are complete.
  7. Once completed, be sure to click update at the bottom of the screen to save any changes.
  8. When your updates have been saved you will see a green success notification at the top of the screen.
